Competitive sealed bids will be received by the Owner, for the Corona Water Storage Tank Improvements Project at the Village of Corona, Attention: Terri Racher at 461 Main Street, Corona, NM 88318 until May 18, 2017; 2:00 p.m. at which time bids will be opened and publicly read aloud. Prospective bidders are required to attend a Pre-Bid Conference which will be held at the Corona Village Hall at 461 Main Street, Corona, NM 88318 on May 9, 2017 at 1:30 p.m.

BASE BID:

The base bid consists of the rehabilitation of two existing 100,000-gallon steel water storage tanks to include an altitude control valve and vault, interior resurfacing, exterior paint and associated materials along with approximately 175 LF of 6-inch waterline to construct new dedicated fill lines for both tanks in the Village of Corona.

BID ALTERNATE 1:

Bid Alternate 1 consists of the rehabilitation of one existing 100,000 gallon steel water storage tank, the demolition of the other 100,000 gallon steel welded tank, and the construction of a new 100,000 gallon steel water storage tank to include an altitude control valve and vault, interior resurfacing of the rehabilitated tank, interior and exterior paint for both, and associated materials along with approximately 175 LF of 6-inch waterline to construct new dedicated fill lines for both tanks in the Village of Corona.
