Roads: Projects in Progress

 

Penn Scott Drive - Mescalero, New Mexico
Palmer Loop - Mescalero, New Mexico

Carrizo Walking Path - Mescalero, New Mexico

 

 

 

Penn Scott Drive is 2.4 miles long. The first 1.2 miles will be overlaid with 2.5 inches of new hot mix asphalt. The last 1.2 miles will be pulverized reconditioned and overlaid with 2.5 inches of new hot mix asphalt.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Palmer Loop is 0.9 miles long and will be pulverized reconditioned and overlaid with 2.5 inches of new hot mix asphalt.

The Mescalero Tribe is waiting for the BIA Awarding Officer to give notice to proceed to construction on both projects.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Carrizo Walking Path ROS submitted final plans and bid documents for construction to Mescalero for BIA review and approval.
