PUBLIC INFORMATION: High Valley MDWCA Water Improvements NEPA Document for USDA Funding

Souder, Miller & Associates (SMA) announces the availability of the NEPA document describing proposed water system improvements for the High Valley Mutual Domestic Water Consumers Association (MDWCA) serving the High Valley Subdivision and the surrounding vicinity in southern Doña Ana County east of the unincorporated community of Vado, New Mexico.

These improvements may include the installation of a new water distribution system, new service lines and meters, new booster station, installation of an additional water source and the rehabilitation of the existing water source well and steel storage tank. At this time High Valley MDWCA is conducting a period of public review and comment for the NEPA documentation.
