Souder, Miller & Associates (SMA) provides soil and groundwater sampling services, field sample analysis, and interpretation of field and analytical data. SMA has investigatory experience with asbestos, lead, PCBs, petroleum hydrocarbons, municipal solid waste, medical waste, and other contaminants. SMA has investigated property for industry, government agencies, private landowners, and developers. Each project is planned to provide the necessary information in the most cost-efficient manner possible. According to the client’s needs, either limited investigations of the surface or detailed soil and groundwater investigations may be completed. SMA ensures full confidentiality of the findings for private clients. If the investigation is mandated by local, state, or federal regulations, SMA ensures that all regulatory requirements are met and provides representation in negotiations with the regulatory agency.
