Separate sealed BIDS for the construction of the Garfield MDWC & MSWA Water Storage Tank Project will be received by Nga Brewster at 8580 Hwy. 187,Garfield, NM 87936 until 2:00 p.m. (Local Time), October 4, 2018  and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud.

Project Description:  This project consists of construction of a new 528,000-gallon welded steel water storage tank, installation of yard piping, connection to the existing water system, valves and associated appurtenances.

Copies of the CONTRACT DOCUMENTS may be obtained at the office of the ENGINEER, Souder, Miller & Associates, 3500 Sedona Hills Pkwy., Las Cruces, NM  88011, upon payment of $200.00 for each set.  Any BIDDER, upon returning the CONTRACT DOCUMENTS in good and complete condition within 10 calendar days of bid opening, will be refunded $200.00.

A PRE-BID MEETING will be held at 8580 Hwy. 187, Garfield, NM 87936 on September 27, 2018 at 10:00 A.M.
