Separate sealed BIDS for the Inn of the Mountain Gods – M704 Bridge Replacement Project BIA Project No. M4(6) 1, 2 & 4 will be received by the Mescalero Apache Tribe at 101 Central Ave. in Mescalero, New Mexico 88340 until 2:00 p.m. (Local Time), Thursday, July 1, 2021 and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud.

 

There will be a public bid opening. In the event of Covid 19 restrictions, the Bid Opening will be held electronically. If the Bid Opening is held electronically, information will be posted by Addendum on the SMA website, www.soudermiller.com, a minimum of 72 hours prior to the Opening. At this time electronic submittals will not be accepted. All bids received will be evaluated by the Mescalero Apache Tribe. Once bids are evaluated the successful bidder will be notified.

 

Project Description: This project consists of the Replacement of the existing structural Plate Super span with the Construction of a simple Span Bridge with prestressed concrete girders and reinforced concrete deck, Reconstruction/Realignment of 2000’ of roadway, mechanically stabilized earth walls and landscaping.

 

A Non-Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held on Thursday, June 17, 2021 beginning at 10:00 AM at 101 Central Ave., in Mescalero, New Mexico 88340.

Thursday, June 24, 2021 at 5:00 PM is the last date and time for written questions. No more questions will be received after this date and time. Questions may be emailed to Alonzo Martinez at alonzo.martinez@soudermiller.com

 

The CONTRACT DOCUMENTS (in electronic media format) may be obtained at the website of the ENGINEER, Souder, Miller & Associates, at www.soudermiller.com at no cost. It is Contractor’s responsibility to periodically check the website for any possible addenda.
