Competitive sealed bids will be received by the Owner, for the Multi-Purpose Community Center Project at the Village Office, Attention: John Urban, at 398 State Road 4, San Ysidro, NM 87053 until October 19, 2022; 2:00 p.m. at which time bids will be opened and publicly read aloud. Prospective bidders are required to attend a Pre-Bid Conference, which will be held at the Village Office, 398 State Road 4, San Ysidro, NM 87053 on September 28, 2022 at 10:00 a.m., and will include a visit to the project site located at 768 Highway 4, San Ysidro, NM.

Project: San Ysidro, Edith Murray Community Center, NM Route 4, San Ysidro, NM

 

Description: The project consists of an approximate 2,790 square foot community center with large meeting hall, kitchen, restrooms, and mechanical room. Construction will be wood frame, stucco, and metal roof. Internal finishes include brick flooring (as alternate), painted drywall and viga ceiling with rough-sawn paneling (as alternate).

Prospective Bidders can obtain a portable document format (PDF) copy of the Bidding Documents on a compact disk (CD) from the Issuing Office for a non-refundable cost of $25.00 each or may obtain copies of the Bidding Documents at no cost as described below.
