Souder, Miller & Associates Wins Eddy County Professional Services Contract

Souder, Miller & Associates (SMA) has been awarded an on-call engineering, surveying, testing and environmental services contract by Eddy County, New Mexico. This award will be effective for up to four years.
SMA will perform services on various construction and road projects including the assessment of property boundaries, right-of-way easements and geotechnical conditions, hydraulic modeling, construction administration, aiding in the recovery of disaster events to include environmental impact and potential constructability issues.
Paul Zagone, P.E. who works in SMA’s Roswell office will serve as the project manager for this effort. He has worked with the County on development of county road projects funded through NMDOT and various county roadways over the last 25 years.
“Our team looks forward to working with Eddy County and helping them to develop effective solutions to a wide range of environmental, engineering and surveying issues,” said Zagone. “We have a longstanding relationship with Eddy County and will continue this tradition with this contract.”
