SMA selected by Desert Aire MDW & SWA

Souder, Miller & Associates (SMA) is pleased to announce its selection by Desert Aire Mutual Domestic Water & Sewer Works Association (MDW & SWA) in Chaparral, New Mexico to complete a preliminary engineering report (PER) and environmental information document (EID). Both documents will focus on water system improvements and will be completed to USDA format. Desert Aire MDW & SWA is located in southeast Doña Ana County near the southern entrance to White Sands Missile Range and north of El Paso. The timeline associated with the project will require simultaneous execution of the PER and EID, which will require a coordinated effort for both the engineering and environmental disciplines of SMA’s Las Cruces office.
