Separate sealed BIDS for the construction of the BID NO 2023-11 OLD CAVERN AREA WATER AND SEWER IMPROVEMENTS will be received by the Owner, City of Carlsbad at City of Carlsbad, Attention: Matt Fletcher, Purchasing Manager, Room #204, P.O. Box 1569, 101 N. Halagueno Street, Carlsbad New Mexico 88221-1569 until 2:00 p.m. (Local Time), August 22nd, 2023 and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud.

Project Description: The Project work will include installation of approximately 7,903 linear feet (LF) of 12-inch C900 DR 18 waterline, tie-ins to existing water system, valves, and hydrants, and 10,304 linear feet (LF) of 21-inch PVC PS46 sewer, manholes, and all appurtenances and associated roadway and drainage improvements.

Resident Contractor and Resident Veteran Contractor Preferences shall apply to this Project per Section 13-1-21 NMSA 1978 (as amended).

A PRE-BID MEETING will be held at 1502 W. Stevens Street, Carlsbad, NM 88220 on August 1st, 2023 at 11:00 a.m.
