Separate sealed BIDS for the construction of the City of Lovington Wastewater Treatment Facility Improvements Project will be received by The City of Lovington Attn: Leslie Boldt at 214 S Love, Lovington, NM 88260 until 1:00 p.m. (Local Time), July 9th, 2026, and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud.

 

Project Description:  This project consists of Replacement of leaking air lines; construction of a new aeration building with new aeration equipment; replacement of failed valves throughout the plant; and recoating of the sequencing batch reactor aeration tanks.
