Separate sealed BIDS for the construction of the La Luz Transfer Station Upgrades will be received by Ginger Herndon at Otero County Administrative Offices, Room #118 at 1101 New York Avenue, Alamogordo, New Mexico 88310 until 2:00 p.m. (Local Time), on December 28, 2017, and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud.

Project Description: This project consists of upgrades to an existing solid waste convenience center operated by Otero County in the community of La Luz which includes the construction of the La Luz Landfill Transfer Station building, required utility work such as but not limited to mechanical and electrical components for proposed building, construction of a new access road and drive pad that ties into existing access roads, retaining wall and other associated appurtenances and general site work.
