Separate sealed BIDS for the construction of the Pena Blanca Waterline Replacement will be received by Souder, Miller & Associates at 5454 Venice Ave NE Suite D Albuquerque, NM 87113 until 2:00 p.m. (Local Time), Thursday, April 16th, 2026 and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud.

 

Project Description:  This project consists of the installation of approximately 17,000 linear feet (LF) of 6-inch PVC waterline replacement, 700 LF of 6-inch HDPE waterline, including residential service connections, and all associated appurtenances.
