Richardson Avenue, Roswell, NM 88201 until JANUARY 14, 2020, 2:00 p.m. (MST), and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud.
Bid packets mailed, or otherwise hand or courier delivered prior to the point of opening must contain two original copies of the bid proposal and the following must be written on the bottom left corner of the EXTERIOR of the SEALED PACKAGE, MAILER OR BOX:

A MANDATORY PRE-BID MEETING will be held at Roswell Municipal Landfill, 3006 W. Brasher, Roswell, NM 88203 on Tuesday, December 17, 2019 at 9:00 a.m.
Project Description: This project consists of earthworks for closure of Unit 3 at the Roswell Municipal Landfill.
The Bidding Documents may be examined at the following locations:

Copies of the Bidding Documents in electronic media format may be obtained at the website of the ENGINEER, Souder, Miller & Associates, at www.soudermiller.com, or of the OWNER, City of Roswell, at www.roswell-nm.gov / Bids&RFPs at no cost. Bidders are responsible for monitoring the websites referenced above for notifications of changes and addenda related to this project.
Copies of the Bidding Documents may be obtained at the office of the ENGINEER, Souder, Miller & Associates, 5454 Venice Ave. NE, Suite D, Albuquerque, NM, upon payment of $100.00 for each set. Checks for Bidding Documents shall be payable to the Owner, identified above. Any BIDDER, upon returning the Bidding Documents in good and complete condition within 10 calendar days of bid opening, will be refunded $100.00.
Resident Contractor and Resident Veteran Contractor Preferences shall apply to this Project per Section 13-1-21 NMSA 1978 (as amended).
All bids received are subject to approval of the City Council at the next regularly scheduled meeting.
Notice is hereby given that the City Council reserves the right to reject any or all bids received in case of ambiguity or lack of clearness, qualifications, references, and the right to determine the best bid, or, to reject the same and to waive irregularities and technicalities.
