Separate sealed BIDS for the construction of the Santa Clara Pueblo Water and Wastewater System Improvements – Upper West Housing will be received by Souder, Miller & Associates, Attn: Paul Kennedy, P.E. at 2904 Rodeo Park Drive East Building 100, Santa Fe, NM 87505 until 1:00 p.m. (Local Time), Tuesday, June 22, 2021, and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud.
Project Description: This project consists of work within Below Obsidian Road and Winter Road in the West Housing Area of Santa Clara Pueblo. Work includes the installation of approximately 4,967 linear feet (LF) of new 8-inch, 6-inch, and 4-inch water distribution waterline via horizontal directional drilling, and approximately 288 LF of open trench. Distribution waterline installation will include new service connections, fire hydrants and gate valves; and connections to the existing water system and residential services. Sewer installation includes approximately 3,561 LF of new 8-inch gravity sewer via horizontal directional drilling; 45 LF of new 8-inch sewer via jack and bore; approximately 2,007 LF of sewer service line; new manholes; the abandonment of manholes; and site restoration. A bid alternative is included to substitute the installation method from horizontal directional drilling to open trench. The bid alternative also includes additional asphalt paving due to the open trench.
