Dutch Bros Commercial Development Project Win

Souder, Miller & Associates has won the contract for the Accelerated Development Services Dutch Bros Commercial Development project. This multi-disciplinary project will utilize our Civil, Geomatics, and Environmental technical sectors. Services to be performed on the project will include: ALTA and Topographic Survey; Phase I ESA; Preliminary & Final Design for drainage, Site Development, and utilities; Final Construction Documents; Construction Administration & Observation; and Drainage Reporting.

The project is scheduled for completion in Spring 2021
