ENR Southwest Top Design Firms 2020

Souder, Miller & Associates (SMA) has been ranked among the Engineering News Record’s (ENR) Top Design Firms in the Southwest for 2020. The ENR Southwest Top Design Firms list ranks the largest U.S. based design firms, both publicly and privately held, based on design-specific revenue. SMA currently sits at #16 on the listing from ENR, one ranking higher than our placement on the same list last year.

“Our employees’ commitment to production, continued improvements in our core business and a focus on our clients' needs are all reflected in this year’s ranking,” said CEO Karl Tonander. “Despite the current headwinds, I remain optimistic on our potential to further accelerate in the coming year.”

This ranking adds to a number of recognitions that SMA has already received this year including: a 3rd Place Ranking from Albuquerque News First’s Top Engineering Firms, ENR’s Top 500 National Design Firms listing, and four ACEC New Mexico Engineering Excellence Awards.
