MAT WHITETAIL WATELRINE REPLACEMENT PROJECT

General Notice

Mescalero Apache Tribe (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project:

MAT Whitetail Waterline Replacement Project

IHS Project No. AL-22-C54

Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the Mescalero Apache Tribal Roads & Utilities Department located at 556 Soldier Canyon Road, Mescalero, NM 88340, until February 20th, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.

The Project includes the following Work:

This project consists of the installation of 25,437 linear feet (LF) of 4-inch C-900 PVC waterline, 2,037 linear feet (LF) of 1-inch HDPE service line, pressure relief valves, gate valves, flush hydrants, water service line connections, and all appurtenances.

Bids are requested for the following Contract: IHS Project No. AL-22-C54

The Project has an expected duration of 170 calendar days.

Obtaining the Bidding Documents

The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is:

Prospective Bidders may obtain or examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office on Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00am and 4:00pm, and may obtain copies of the Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office as described below. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office.

A pre-bid conference for the Project will be held on January 25th, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. at the Mescalero Apache Tribal Roads & Utilities Department, 556 Solider Canyon Road, Mescalero, NM 88340. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is encouraged but not required.
