Souder, Miller & Associates Announces Acquisition of KRW Consulting

Effective October 1, 2015, Souder, Miller & Associates (SMA) is pleased to announce that it has acquired KRW Consulting, an environmental engineering and surveying consulting firm based in Lakewood, Colorado with a field office in Rifle, Colorado. KRW’s technical service areas include permitting, planning, design, construction management, monitoring of solid waste facilities, environmental support services for oil and gas clients, ongoing monitoring and treatment plant operations for private clients and surveying services. KRW has been in business for over 25 years and has a staff of 20.

The KRW acquisition further augments SMA’s engineering, environmental and surveying services and provides SMA with additional experienced engineering staff, while simultaneously supplying KRW clients with access to a substantially larger resource of engineers, funding expertise, and environmental and surveying support services. For the past two years, SMA and KRW have been successfully teaming on projects and pursuits in the Colorado Front Range region.
